Beyond Site is free to download, and during the launch period every feature is free to use. There is no fixed end date. We plan to add an optional paid plan in future: a free plan will remain, nobody is moved onto a paid plan automatically, and you will never be charged unless you choose to subscribe. The details are in the Terms and Conditions. The app has no account system, so your sites, mail settings and alert settings stay on your own device and are never uploaded. The app does send anonymous diagnostic records about its own behaviour — see the privacy policy for the full list.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. Beyond Site has no account system. Everything you enter — your sites, mail settings and alert settings — stays on your own device and is never uploaded. The app does send anonymous diagnostic records about its own behaviour; see the privacy policy for the full list.

Does the app have ads?

No. There is no advertising SDK and no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK anywhere in the app.

Is everything really free?

Yes, during the launch period. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase and no locked feature: you get unlimited monitored websites, the DNS monitor, security scans, the mail server check and the email authentication check at no cost. We plan to add an optional paid plan later. A free plan will remain, and you will never be charged unless you choose to subscribe.

Is there a limit on email alerts?

Not during the launch period. Email alerts send through your own mailbox and are not capped. Only alerts that were actually delivered are counted, and test emails are always free.

Is there an Android version?

The Android version is coming soon. Beyond Site is available now on iOS. See the download page for the latest availability.

Can I get a report emailed to me automatically?

Yes. Scheduled Reports builds a branded PDF of your site checks — uptime, SSL, DNS, security and more — and emails it to you or your team hourly, daily, weekly or monthly through your own mailbox. Choose the checks and sites, and send one combined PDF or a separate PDF per site.
